We teamed with our customer to build a solid strategic relationship providing value services and solutions to ensure the bank critical opeations--- during  years.

 

Challenge

Citi needed a long-term strategic partner to help it manage its technology infrastructure and systems, strictly enforce its corporate compliance policies and quickly adapt to its business challenges.

 

 

Solution

We started working with Citibank since 2004 and to date we have supported the bank with innumerable projects and service solutions, including development of Java applications for voice processing, management of voice and data networks, full administration of the IBM i platform. where he executes the banking core in his central datacenter and in all the branches, also the systems running in IBM Power with AIX, with applications on websphere application server and MQ. Our service has been 7x24 during scheduled periods.

We have supported the Bank with its DB2, Oracle and SQL Server databases, in the visualization environments, and associated storage. We have made high added value services for security, availability, manageability, performance and resilience.

Advision also provided project management so that the bank can migrate the systems of the branches and their networks.

 

 

Results

We supported the bank's commercial operations  to accompany it during the growth and its stages of business transformation.
